About the role We are looking for a Senior videographer who will own end-to-end video production, from concept through final delivery, combining senior-level shooting and editing craft with proactive, direct stakeholder management. What you’ll get to do • End-to-end video craft, personally shot and edited, not delegated or outsourced • Stakeholder communication and timeline ownership for assigned projects and duo relationships • Craft mentorship contribution within the pod • Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standard • Own timeline and stakeholder communication end-to-end for assigned work, proactively flagging risk before deadlines slip. • Bring fresh creative and format ideas and contribute to raising production craft standards across the studio's production output. To succeed in this role, we think you should have • 4-6+ years in video production, with a reel demonstrating work that is both self-shot and self-edited. • Demonstrated, provable track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, including under delivery pressure. • Strong storytelling instinct across formats: documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content. • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
