Role Summary
The Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for employees, visitors, and company-related assignments. The role requires maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition, adhering to all traffic regulations, supporting administrative activities when required, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Driving and Transportation
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
- Ensure strict compliance with road safety regulations, speed limits, and traffic laws.
- Use defensive driving techniques to minimize risks and ensure passenger safety.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections before and after every journey.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees, visitors, and company materials.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Care
- Perform daily checks on fuel, engine oil, water, tyre pressure, and other essential vehicle systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of assigned vehicles.
- Promptly report vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced according to company schedules.
- Securely lock vehicles and safeguard company assets when not in use.

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience in a corporate environment.
- Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
