What you will do?

• Lead Logistics Operations: Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics routines, ensuring seamless transport execution, freight management, and timely deliveries across all distribution channels.
• Optimize Logistics & Distribution Workflows: Streamline route planning, carrier allocation, and transportation handovers to maximize operational efficiency and reduce transit times.
• Resolve Operational Inquiries & Bottlenecks: Investigate and resolve complex transport delays, carrier exceptions, and logistics bottlenecks by collaborating closely with internal teams (Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Inventory Control, Tech) and external partners.
• Maintain Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on on-time delivery (OTD), freight cost optimization, carrier SLA compliance, and overall logistics productivity.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify recurring supply chain bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements to optimize Logistics Management Systems (LMS/TMS) and transport operational efficiency.
• Data Integrity & Systems Documentation: Ensure precise tracking of shipments, transport costs, vendor invoices, and delivery statuses within our ERP and TMS platforms.

What we are looking for?

• Logistics & Operational Mindset: Proven experience in logistics management, transportation operations, fleet management, or supply chain leadership (experience in multi-site or high-volume logistics environments is a major plus).
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across carrier partners, logistics teams, and cross-functional departments.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: A resourceful and analytical thinker who excels at analyzing transit flows, cost structures, and network bottlenecks to root-cause and resolve logistics disruptions.
• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Comfort navigating Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, route optimization software, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Agility & Adaptability: Ability to prioritize dynamic transport schedules, manage high-volume supply chain peaks, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Team Spirit & Leadership: A collaborative attitude with a proven ability to motivate, lead, and support a high-performing logistics operations team.
