Eligibility
- Open to:
- Nigeria, Africa, International (enrolled at a Canadian university)
- Prior degree:
- Doctoral student in the first or second year of a PhD program at the time of application
Restriction confirmed on official page: "International students residing outside Canada or enrolled at a university outside Canada are not eligible" — must be enrolled at a Canadian university, but nationality itself is unrestricted (confirmed: "An international student enrolled at a Canadian university" is explicitly eligible).
