Activationplus Marketing is recruiting to fill the position of: Merchandising Team Lead. The position is located in Yola - Adamawa, Maiduguri - Borno, Kaduna, and Kano States. Interested candidates should possess an NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields with 1 – 2 years of experience supervising field sales, merchandising teams, or consumer engagement activations in northern Nigerian markets. Bilingual fluency in English and Hausa (plus relevant regional languages) is mandatory for effective leadership and communication.

Provides operational leadership and supervisory oversight for assigned Brand Ambassadors across regional retail clusters.

Bilingual fluency in English and Hausa, 1-2 years of experience supervising field sales or merchandising teams in northern Nigeria.

NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
