The role involves creating and reviewing complex acute-care rehabilitation scenarios, longitudinal chart cases, gold-standard answers, and evaluation rubrics. Contributors will assess whether outputs reflect appropriate clinical reasoning, functional assessment, mobility or swallow recommendations, discharge planning, documentation quality, and safe coordination across the multidisciplinary care team.

LOCATIONS: Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey

PROCESS: The selection will be made based on an online questionnaire, 60min MCQ test, and resume/education/certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop realistic acute-care rehabilitation cases and benchmark tasks.
  • Review fragmented or longitudinal clinical records and identify meaningful changes, risks, contradictions, and missing information.
  • Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, practicality, and appropriateness to the care setting.
  • Assess functional status, mobility, activities of daily living, cognition, communication, or swallowing depending on specialty.
  • Review recommendations related to discharge planning, rehabilitation needs, mobility assistance, diet texture, aspiration risk, and follow-up care.
  • Create gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions.
  • Apply structured rubrics to assess reasoning, terminology, documentation, and patient-safety implications.
  • Evaluate coordination between therapists, physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and case-management teams.
  • Identify unsafe, incomplete, or inconsistent recommendations in clinical documentation.
  • Incorporate calibration feedback and refine tasks through iterative review cycles.

  • Active or recently held professional license, registration, or recognized credential appropriate to the candidate’s country.
  • Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant discipline.
  • Current or recent practice within the last 3 years.
  • Strong experience in acute-care hospital or inpatient clinical environments.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to interpret complex or fragmented patient records.
  • Experience documenting functional assessments, treatment recommendations, progress, and discharge needs.
  • Strong written English and ability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning.
