We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer with strong recruitment skills to join our team.
Location: Gbagi - Ibadan, Oyo
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer with strong recruitment skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Manage employee relations,including addressing queries and time management
- Manage daily work flow ,staff operations, and overall employee welfare
Experience: 1 - 2 years
- HND/B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Must be very good with Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years proven experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND
