Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to handle crane operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical competence, good judgement, and strict adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes safely to lift, move, and position construction materials.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
- Ensure lifting operations comply with approved load limits and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalers, banksmen, and site supervisors while maintaining operational records.
- Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Trade Test Certificate) or formal crane operation training.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience operating tower cranes, preferably on construction sites.
- Good knowledge of lifting procedures, load limits, safety regulations, and lifting signals.
- Relevant operating certification or licence, physical fitness, and strong safety awareness.
