Early Years Teacher

We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

• Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant discipline.
• Previous teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Good knowledge of Jolly Phonics and the ability to effectively use the programme to teach young children.
• Ability to teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and foundational reading skills.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching approaches.
• Ability to create interactive, hands-on, and play-based learning experiences.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, caring, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
