I am looking to hire a chef with experience in an existing buka or restaurant in local Port Harcourt cuisine. The key criteria I am looking out for in this role are: knowledge of local dishes, experience as a cook/caterer, and the ability to navigate the local Port Harcourt markets to source ingredients.

We are a profitable player in the QSR sector of the Hospitality industry in Nigeria with great prospects and staff strength of over 1000 employees. Currently, our operations span across 17 locations in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria, with rapid expansion plans to penetrate more locations in the short to medium term.

Job Description:
- I am looking to hire a chef with experience in an existing buka or restaurant in local Port Harcourt cuisine.
- The key criteria I am looking out for in this role are: knowledge of local dishes, experience as a cook/caterer, and the ability to navigate the local Port Harcourt markets to source ingredients.
Additionally, our ideal candidate should be able to:
- Determine recipe that aligns with Port Harcourt taste preference
- Carries out experiments pertaining to Port harcourt local foods to be rolled out
- Train cooks and supervisors on new food products rolled out.
- Continuous study of market & competitor research
- Observe product quality control at the branch
- Data Collection & product performance tracking.

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
- SSCE / OND / HND qualification
- Years of experience as a cook / catere r/ chef in local Benin cuisine.
- Resident of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
