Kitchen Assistant

Recore Limited is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef with food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Assist with serving meals and general kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and report shortages.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Previous kitchen or catering experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.

Minimum qualification: Secondary School (SSCE)
