We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking a highly resourceful, IT-savvy and research oriented Analyst to support the organisation's business operations, research activities, data management and consulting assignments.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong digital literacy, analytical thinking, information-gathering capabilities and the ability to leverage technology and digital tools to conduct research, interpret information and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research, information gathering and data analysis across assigned projects and business areas.
• Utilise digital tools, AI-powered applications and technology platforms to improve research efficiency and productivity.
• Collect, organise, analyse and interpret data to support management decisions and business recommendations.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, proposals and other professional business documents.
• Support consulting projects, business development activities and client engagements.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, market intelligence and emerging business opportunities.
• Assist in developing project reports, presentations, databases and operational trackers.
• Perform administrative and operational support functions as assigned by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through technology and digital solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with demonstrable digital and research skills are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant IT, data analytics or research certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good research, analytical and information-sourcing skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
• Ability to analyse information, identify patterns and present findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and work independently.
• Creativity, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving .
