Role Overview:

• The company is expanding its ground operations. We are hiring dynamic, high-energy Field Canvassers to lead on-the-ground market engagement, prospect identification, and initial lead generation. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, gathering qualified contact information and booking preliminary consultations for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Field Prospecting: Execute strategic door-to-door, commercial hub, and event-based canvassing across assigned high-density commercial and residential zones.
• Lead Capture & Verification: Engage prospective clients, explain the Sujimoto luxury value proposition clearly, and accurately collect verified contact details (Name, Phone, Email, Buying Timeline).
• Appointment Booking: Qualify prospect interest and schedule introductory appointments or site visits for Sales Executives.
• Daily Reporting & Territory Coverage: Log all daily client interactions, field feedback, and qualified leads into the company CRM/reporting tool.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the company‘s elite brand reputation in all field interactions through professional demeanor and brand alignment.

Experience: 2 years

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing, event promotion, or street canvassing (experience in Ecommerce, real estate, FMCG, or insurance is an asset).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, energy, and persuasive verbal ability.
• High physical stamina, resilience, and comfort working outdoors across assigned sales territories.
• Proficiency in using smartphone applications for daily lead entries and field logging.
