Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers professionally and courteously
• Assist customers in selecting over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and health products
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
• Receive, arrange, and monitor stock (ensuring proper storage and expiry checks)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment
• Support the pharmacist in dispensing activities under supervision
• Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and product requests
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and ethical standards

Location: Minna, Niger

• Minimum of CHEW/OND / HND / FSLC (any relevant field)
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honesty, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, inventory tools)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with pharmacy sales or inventory systems
• Customer service experience
• Ability to upsell products professionally
