Food Scientist and Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

• Responsible for ensuring food products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards through routine testing, inspection, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and quality assessments on raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor food processing operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate laboratory results, quality reports, and documentation.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support food safety audits and regulatory compliance activities.

• B.Sc., HND or OND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
