HMO Officer

EMEL is hiring a HMO Officer in Lagos.

• Manage relationships and correspondence with Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs).
• Process HMO authorisations, approvals, and claims.
• Verify patients' HMO eligibility and coverage before service delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of claims.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, rejected claims, and payment discrepancies.
• Liaise with the hospital's medical, billing, and accounts departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Attend to HMO patients' enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper records of HMO transactions and patient information.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HMO procedures.

Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND
