Sales Representative

Our client, is seeking a smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to support daily store operations, attend to customers, drive sales and manage basic social media content activities.

• Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

• Our client, is seeking a smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to support daily store operations, attend to customers, drive sales and manage basic social media content activities.
• The ideal candidate should have some experience in sales, retail or customer service and be willing to learn, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell luxury products and services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Create and post content on the company's social media platforms.
• Support daily store operations and maintain an organised store environment.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support sales activities.
• Assist customers with enquiries relating to pawn broking services.

• Bachelor's degree or HND.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and content posting.
• Smart, presentable and customer-oriented.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively.

Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND
