We are seeking a smart,well-presented waiter to be an extension of the Belanova brand by providing a seamless dining experience to our clients through attention to detail, professionalism and warm, skilled service.

Belanova Apartments and Suites is a luxury boutique short stay property located in the heart of Maitama, Abuja's most exclusive district. We invite you to relax in one of our spacious apartments, unwind at our rooftop pool and gym and dine at one of our 2 on-site restaurants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Role Summary:

• We are seeking a smart,well-presented waiter to be an extension of the Belanova brand by providing a seamless dining experience to our clients through attention to detail, professionalism and warm, skilled service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take and serve guest orders.
• Receive and process guest complaints.
• Use product knowledge to upsell products and services.
• Comply with health and regulatory standards.
• Meet guest expectations within the boundaries of company policy.
• Maintain excellent product and service quality.
• Complete supporting roles as required by the department e.g., keeping service stations clean etc.

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

• Interested candidates should possess relevant skills and experience.
• Must have a passion for hospitality.
• Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Must be well-groomed.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor combined with a professional and respectful attitude.
• Must work well in a team.
