About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised Talent Coordinator to join a busy recruitment team and provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across an active hiring pipeline.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys keeping processes moving, communicating with candidates, and making sure every detail is taken care of. You’ll play an important part in creating a smooth, professional candidate experience while ensuring candidates progress through each stage of the hiring process at the right time.
The recruitment process is already established, so you won’t be expected to build processes from scratch. You’ll receive onboarding and support from an experienced team member, but after that, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently and managing your workload proactively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring they progress through the correct stages.
- Keeping candidates warm, informed and engaged throughout their journey.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries across multiple stakeholders.
- Confirming candidate attendance and following up where required.
- Chasing interviewer feedback and ensuring feedback is recorded accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and pipeline information across recruitment systems.
- Providing general recruitment administration and coordination support.
- Responding to candidate queries in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
- Identifying anything that could cause delays in the process and proactively following it up.
- Supporting the wider talent team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
About You You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, responsive and comfortable working at pace. You’ll enjoy being the person who keeps things moving and makes sure nothing gets missed.
We're looking for:
- Previous experience in talent coordination, recruitment administration, hiring coordination or recruitment operations.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating directly with candidates.
- A proactive approach — you’ll be comfortable chasing information and following things through without needing constant direction.
- Good technical confidence and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with Google Workspace / G Suite is highly desirable.
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform such as Ashby is advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple candidates, interviews and priorities simultaneously.
- A professional and candidate-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently once initial onboarding is complete.
- Availability to work full-time hours aligned with the UK working day.
The Working Style This is a role where reliability, organisation and follow-through really matter.
There is an established process and an experienced team available to get you up to speed, but the wider team is busy. We’re therefore looking for someone who can quickly become self-sufficient, spot what needs doing and take ownership of their workload.
If you’re the type of person who keeps excellent notes, follows up when something is outstanding, remembers the small details and genuinely enjoys creating a great candidate experience, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Get
- A fully remote role working with an international team.
- Clear processes and structured onboarding.
- The opportunity to work within a busy, established talent function.
- A role focused on coordination and candidate experience rather than sourcing or cold outreach.
- Ongoing support from an experienced team while you get up to speed.
