We are seeking young, ambitious, energetic and results-driven graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme as Field Sales & Customer Acquisition Executives within the banking sector. Successful candidates will drive customer acquisition, promote the bank's products, and expand the customer base through direct sales.

0–2 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong interest in sales and customer engagement.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline. NYSC discharge certificate is required.
