Jumia is committed to creating a sustainable impact in Africa.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the Incubation phase for all newly acquired sellers ensuring they reach their first sales within their first 30 days on the platform.

  • Manage a team of Incubation Associates and Longtail account managers, setting clear KPIs for seller activation and retention.
  • Drive the adoption of Jumia growth tools (Sponsored Products, Jumia Express) specifically among smaller vendors to boost their visibility.
  • Track New Seller Success Rate and Churn Rate using PowerBI and internal dashboards to identify bottlenecks in the seller journey.
  • Improve the self-service capabilities of the platform to reduce the need for manual intervention for Longtail sellers
