We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket section.
• Supervise, coordinate and manage supermarket staff.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing and shelf arrangement.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment and product availability.
• Ensure proper handling of goods and minimise stock losses, damages and wastage.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Supervise cashiers and ensure proper sales and cash accountability.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely removal of expired products.
• Prepare daily and periodic sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Location: Ebute-meta, Lagos

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supermarket or retail management.
• Experience managing a supermarket within a pharmacy or retail establishment will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, sales management and customer service.
• Ability to work with sales targets and operational reports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
