Team Member, SME Product Liabilities

The product officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, origination, processing, and monitoring of the bank's SME Liability products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Overview:

• The product officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, origination, processing, and monitoring of the bank's SME Liability products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of SME banking Liability products (Account variants, savings tools, Fixed income instruments, digital solutions etc).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify SME needs.
• Support the SME sales team with product knowledge and marketing materials through periodic product trainings.
• Monitor product performance and prepare regular reports on Liability portfolio.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations for product implementation.
• Assist in organizing webinars and capacity-building programs for SMEs.

Skills/Competence Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding basic SME financial needs and banking regulations.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant Professional Certification.
