Call Center Operator (Yoruba & Hausa Speaking)

Bboxx Energy Access Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Call Center Operator (Yoruba & Hausa Speaking). This is a Hybrid role in Alausa / Ikeja, Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; Fluency in Yoruba & Hausa Languages is a major advantage with 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently. Provide accurate information about company products. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards. Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role. NYSC Completion/Exemption. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Fluency in Yoruba & Hausa Languages is a Major Advantage.
