The company supports residential, commercial, and industrial clients with sustainable power solutions, from individual installations to larger solar and mini-grid projects.

About The Role:

• We are seeking a Power Systems Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in the field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Power Systems Engineers and Project Engineers in solar and battery backup installations
• Conduct site inspections with minimal to zero supervision
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
• Support system design, layout, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, major in Power.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy (solar & battery backup installations)
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and perform system diagnostics
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork, site assessments, and installation support
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Work Structure & Compensation:

• Salary: N180,000 Gross Monthly
• Transportation Stipend: Provided only when on projects
• Opportunity for an annual salary review (guaranteed only by employee performance and business performance)
• Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year)
