Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS) is hiring a Health Care Assistant in Lagos.

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

• We are seeking a detail-orientated and customer-focused health care assistant to join our healthcare team in supporting licensed pharmacists and maintaining seamless daily retail operations.
• In this role, you will dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications under pharmacist supervision, provide clear drug usage information to patients, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Key responsibilities include receiving stock, monitoring expiry dates, arranging shelf displays, placing orders, and performing routine administrative tasks such as answering calls, inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and ensuring store cleanliness.
• You will also participate in team meetings, training programmes, and community outreach while contributing innovative solutions to improve customer service delivery.

• Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, exceptional customer service and sales abilities, and keen analytical skills paired with a proactive, ethical approach to work.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organisation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients and collaborating effectively within our pharmacy team.
