Mobihealth International is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer in Abuja.

Your Role:

Build strong patient relationships, guide customers through registration & onboarding, convert enquiries into active users, coordinate bookings, resolve complaints, and drive renewals.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree or HND
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service / relationship management / customer success
Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, fintech or subscription is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Excellent communication, empathy & problem-solving skills

Location: Abuja, Lagos

Experience: 2 years

Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Other locations: Lagos, Nigeria
