Fulfillment Researcher and Account Manager

Job Overview Outsourcing Staffing Advantage (OSA) is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Fulfillment Researcher and Account Manager to support a U.S.-based background screening business. The role involves conducting background research, verifying records, preparing reports, communicating with clients, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will also assist with sales and marketing activities during slower periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks, research records, and verify information.
• Review documents and prepare accurate reports.
• Communicate with clients through email and phone.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
• Follow applicable compliance procedures and protect confidential information.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and lead generation activities as needed.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with clients.
• Experience in background screening, records research, or compliance is an advantage.
• Experience with employee onboarding and Form I-9 completion and verification.
• Proficiency in common office software and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
