Air Conditioning (AC) Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems within its facility. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, proactive, and capable of ensuring that all air conditioning units operate efficiently.

• Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month

Location: Christopher University, Mowe Expressway - Ogun Industry: Agro-Processing / Cashew Manufacturing

Job Summary:

• Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems within its facility.
• The ideal candidate must be technically sound, proactive, and capable of ensuring that all air conditioning units operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.
• Identify and resolve cooling and ventilation issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Experience: 2 - 3 years

• OND, Technical Certificate, or relevant qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' practical experience as an AC Technician.
• Good knowledge of AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and preventive maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
