Sales Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking and processing orders, promoting menu items, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking and processing orders, promoting menu items, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• We are looking for an individual with good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine interest in hospitality and customer service.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to grow with the business through a long-term employment commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and attend to their needs professionally.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing.
• Handle sales transactions and payments while maintaining proper cash accountability.
• Promote menu items, recommend products, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report daily sales activities.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the dining and service areas.
• Attend to customer enquiries, handle complaints professionally, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Work towards achieving daily sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
• Comply with company policies, food hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Salary: - Starting Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, restaurant operations, or the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and basic sales skills.
• Neat appearance, positive attitude, and professional conduct.
• Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash and sales transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be honest, responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required.
• Must be willing and available to commit to a minimum of one (1) year of employment.
