National Sales Manager

BONS Industries Limited is hiring a National Sales Manager in Enugu.

Bons Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company is looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Supervise and coordinate Area Sales Managers and sales teams across all branches.
• Drive sales growth, market expansion and customer acquisition nationwide.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and corporate customers.
• Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to Management.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors' activities.
• Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and compliance with company sales policies.
• Train, motivate and evaluate sales teams to improve productivity.

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in FMCG sales management.
• Proven ability to lead nationwide sales teams and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
