Field Support Engineer - Mechanical

We are seeking capable and hands-on Field Support Engineers to support the maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable operation of telecom power and infrastructure equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Position Summary:

• We are seeking capable and hands-on Field Support Engineers to support the maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable operation of telecom power and infrastructure equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned telecom and power equipment.
• Diagnose faults and support timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure equipment reliability.
• Complete maintenance reports and update relevant operational records.
• Comply with company procedures, health, safety and environmental standards.

• HND, B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant experience in telecom, power, maintenance or related technical operations is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in field environments and as part of a technical team.
• Good communication, reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
