- Prior degree:
- Admission eligibility to a Master's programme at the University of Helsinki
Must meet entry-visa and residence-permit requirements for Finland. Non-EU/EEA citizens without Finnish permanent residence are tuition-fee-liable and are the pool this waiver applies to.
